I am a cultural scholar studying technology, art, and the construction of capitalist aesthetics in the late 20th and 21st centuries.
I am a PhD Student at Indiana University (here is my CV), and I currently work at the Journal of American History as the Coordinating Editorial Assistant.
On the side I also do some design, by which I mean I hang out on Are.na, mess with HTML, and make little posters/flyers. I also really enjoy the essay "Nuclear Power Created the City of Oak Ridge, But it’s Also Destroying It" by Juliana Jones-Beaton.
