I am a historian studying labor, supply chains, and architecture in Chicago in the 20th and 21st centuries.
I am a PhD Candidate in History and an MA in Art History at Indiana University (here is my CV). I'm also the co-chair of the IGWC, the graduate student union at IU. You can get in contact with me at ewbeaton@iu.edu.
On the side I also do some design (see some selected work here), by which I mean make posters and stuff for the IGWC or cheap little websites whenever I have time. I also really enjoy the essay "Nuclear Power Created the City of Oak Ridge, But it’s Also Destroying It" by Juliana Jones-Beaton.
